How finished-plush video approval works
A photo upload describes what you want. A finished-plush video shows the object prepared for your order. Separating those two stages gives you a chance to inspect the physical result before agreeing that it can be shipped.
Find the video in your private order
Save the private order link provided after checkout. When the merchant uploads a finished video, it appears on that order page. Refresh the page to see the latest update in this local version; automated email notifications have not been connected. Treat the private link like access to your personal order details.
Review with a clear checklist
Compare the face, both sides, back and any priority features against the references. Note which angles you cannot see clearly. If a feature is uncertain, ask for clarification rather than approving on the assumption that it is correct.
Request a change that can be understood
State the feature, its location and the relevant reference: for example, a chest patch shown in the second photo. A revision request pauses shipment. The merchant can upload a new video, and previous video versions remain available for comparison.
Approval, refund and shipment are distinct actions
Approval marks the order as ready for the merchant to ship. A refund request instead pauses the shipping path and requires merchant processing. Only an approved order exposes the shipping action. The local application simulates payment and refund; a production payment provider and final terms must be configured before real transactions.
