Planning an international custom plush order
We accept requests from customers worldwide, including the UK and Australia. Accepting a destination is different from promising a fixed shipping rate or delivery date. This guide explains which details need confirmation before a real international order is paid for.
For customers searching “custom plush toys UK”
Provide a complete recipient name, delivery address and postcode where applicable. Do not assume that an internationally available site has a UK workshop or local stock. Our local prototype makes no claim of a UK manufacturing address, domestic dispatch location or local tax registration.
For customers searching “felt Australia custom plush”
First decide whether you want needle-felted wool art or a sewn plush. They are different formats, and this site does not advertise a wool-felt product. For an Australian delivery, confirm the selected format, full address, total charges and transit estimate before a real purchase.
Separate making, approval and transit
The completed plush must be reviewed before shipment. A revision can change the production schedule, and transit starts after approval and dispatch rather than when the order was placed. If you have a gift deadline, disclose it before commissioning and ask whether it is realistic.
Costs that need a destination-specific answer
The live checkout must clarify shipping, import charges, any recipient-paid duties and the final payable amount. The current USD amounts are demonstration prices. No worldwide free-shipping promise or automatic tax calculation is implied.
Language and delivery country are separate
You can use a supported interface language while shipping to another country. Select the destination that matches the postal address, not your preferred language. Use the Other country option if your destination is not in the short list.
